CT Partners’ unique approach to supplier engagement attracting strong support

CT Partners conference 2024

05 September 2025 –  CT Partners’ unique approach to supplier engagement is attracting strong support in the lead up to the network’s highly anticipated 2025 Annual Conference which will be held at the Four Seasons Singapore from 29 – 31 October.

With the theme ‘Resilience & Reinvention’, this year’s conference has drawn record numbers, with 110 delegates set to attend, including representatives from 36 suppliers, 62 member delegates along with special guest Dean Long, CEO of the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA).

It’s been another strong start in 2025 for CT Partners with ticketed airline volumes up 10% in the first half of the year, and group-wide TTV achieving double digit growth to reach $2.2B for the financial year despite geo-political headwinds.

A highlight of the CT Partners conference will be keynote speaker Ben Pronk, a decorated former SAS Commander turned thought leader, who brings unmatched insights into resilience, risk, and leading with courage in high pressure organisations. He is an Executive-in-Residence at the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Board member for VGI Partners and a Patron of the Military Art Program Australia.  Ben also co-hosts the Unforgiving60 podcast.

The program will feature a mix of business strategy sessions, industry insights, supplier meetings, and immersive local experiences designed to reveal another side of Singapore while reflecting the values at the heart of the CT Partners community.

For suppliers, the CT partners is more than just another conference – it’s a trusted environment for building meaningful, long-term relationships.

‘’Singapore Airlines is once again proud to the major sponsor of CT Partners’ upcoming conference.  We are particularly excited given it is being held in Singapore, and we look forward to engaging with members in our home hub.  CT Partners and Singapore Airlines partnership is based on a strong, collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership and we look forward to building on this through our support at this year’s conference,’’ said Greg McJarrow, General Manager Agency Sales at Singapore Airlines

“CT Partners has been a valued industry partner of ours for many years, recognised for their collaborative approach, luxury expertise, and unwavering dedication to selling Regent Seven Seas Cruises. We are delighted to once again to sponsor the 2025 Annual Conference and look forward to engaging with CT Partners’ members as we chart a course for future success together,” said Lisa Pile, Vice President Sales & General Manager, Asia Pacific

“The CT Partners conference provides the right mix of meaningful and productive business meetings with activities to further optimise the networking experience. The team building especially helps attendees to form real, lasting connections in a fun and interactive way,” said Kellie Smith from Room-Res.com.

Matt Masson, CEO of CT Partners, said the 2025 Conference will build on a record of delivering high-value moments for Members and partners alike.

“We are proud of the strong relationships we hold across our network, and that includes premium engagement opportunities between our members and valued partners.’’

“We’re looking forward to delivering a standout program that reflects the strength and spirit of CT Partners and celebrates what is shaping up to be another exceptional year.”
