At Bay Corporate Travel, we don’t operate a call centre but instead our clients will be allocated Travel Consultants who will be well versed in your account. Our Travel Consultants are true “advisors” and not just order takers. We “consult” with you to ensure you are receiving the best deal in the market and are aware of all the options available to you. We offer you either the flexibility of using an Online Booking Tool (OBT) at any hour of the day or you can make contact by reaching out to one of your assigned fully qualified Consultants directly by phone or email.
