20 October 2025: CT Partners is celebrating a huge night for its member agencies at the 2025 National Travel Industry Awards, with five CT Partners members recognised across major corporate and people-focused categories reinforcing the strength of the independent agency model.

This year’s NTIA winners from within the CT Partners network were:

  • ATPI Australia – Most Outstanding Global Travel Management Company
  • CT Connections – Most Outstanding Australian-Owned Travel Management Company
  • The Incentive Lab – Most Outstanding Corporate Travel Agency – Group Travel
  • TravelManagers Australia – Most Outstanding Employee Engagement & Recruitment Program
  • Sarah Hackett (Sanford International Travel) – Most Outstanding Travel Consultant – Corporate

CT Partners CEO Matt Masson said the recognition is a powerful endorsement of the calibre, leadership and commercial performance of independent agencies in today’s market.

“This is exactly what CT Partners exists for – to help independent agencies thrive,” said Masson.

“The success of our members at the NTIAs is a direct reflection of their leadership, service excellence and commitment to their people and clients. We’re incredibly proud of their achievements and the benchmark they continue to set for the wider industry.”

The awards capped off a significant week for the CT Partners community, following the Beyond Borders Summit in Brisbane where Masson joined a travel industry panel exploring how purpose, ethical supply chains and collective leadership can help tackle exploitation and drive systemic change.

CT Partners also continued its support for The Intrepid Foundation’s Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation Walk, with members participating and raising awareness for the initiative, which funds programs to rescue and protect children from trafficking in South East Asia.

“Purpose and performance are deeply connected in our network,” Masson added. “What we saw this week – both at Beyond Borders and NTIA- is that independent agencies are not only delivering outstanding commercial results, but also leading with values and responsibility.”

The momentum will continue later this month when CT Partners welcomes more than 110 delegates to the 2025 CT Partners Annual Conference in Singapore, themed Resilience & Reinvention.

The conference will bring together members, suppliers and industry leaders to explore strategies for continued growth and innovation across the CT Partners community.
